Shipment Options

Two options are offered when placing an order:

Standard Shipment

Standard shipment is charged at £2.25 for lightweight orders up to 100g and £4.50 for heavier orders, including soaps. All orders of £35 or more are free. 

Orders are posted out twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. If your order is placed the day before a postage day then your order will be shipped out the following day. However if your order is placed on the postage day itself there is no guarantee that your order will be shipped out that day. 

Orders under 100g are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class, whilst orders over 100g are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs, with both taking around 2-3 days for delivery after they have left us. If you order a loom then this will be shipped via courier due to the size of the packaging. Tracking details will be provided and should typically take 2-4 days for delivery after it has left us.

Please allow for additional time during busy periods such as Christmas, or at times with extreme weather. 

We can only ship to UK addresses and unfortunately cannot support shipments to the Channel Islands, PO boxes, or British Forces Post Office locations.

Local Collection

This is a free option for you to collect your order from us directly if you live locally. Your order will normally be confirmed within 24-48 hrs, at which point we will then contact you to arrange a time for collection.

Additional directions will be provided when a collection time is confirmed.

 

Packaging

All our packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible, even down to the compostable sticky tabs used to fasten the soap labels! For larger items we sometimes reuse packaging so don't be surprised if your parcel has different branding on. Please recycle where you can :)
