Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us at hello@naturallywoodland.co.uk. Please confirm your order number and state the reason that you are requesting a return.
If your return is accepted we will confirm this to you via email and include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A Year of Ewe & Me Products
You have up to 14 days after purchasing your product to cancel without providing a reason. You will be given a full refund. However, if you confirm your sign up details and commence the 12 month experience before the end of the 14 day cooling off period you will lose your right to cancel. Signing up before the end of the 14 day cooling off period confirms that you are aware of this, and you will not be given a refund.
