Workshop Cancellation Policy

Peg Loom Workshops:

A full refund is available if you need to cancel more than 2 weeks before your workshop date. Please just let me know as soon as possible.

A 50% refund of the £50 workshop fee will be given if you need to cancel at any time between 2 weeks and 72 hours before your workshop date. However, if I can fill your position then the remaining 50% will also be refunded. I will do my very best to fill the gap but of course there are no guarantees. If you have opted to purchase a peg loom then this money will be refunded in full.

Any cancellation within 72 hours of the workshop will incur the full cost of the workshop fee as I will have no option but to run the workshop even if numbers fall below the minimum. If you have opted to purchase a peg loom then this money will be refunded in full.

Minimum numbers are 4, maximum 6, and if the minimum number of people hasn't been met then an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.

If I have to cancel the workshop due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you as soon as I am able to by email and telephone if I have a number for you. You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. This will only ever be a last resort for me, but bear in mind that I am just one person, and only human. If you are booking accommodation or have travel expenses then unfortunately I cannot be responsible for those.
